Information and Requirements
Here at The Belmont it’s all about luxury and comfort for our four legged friends. We believe that all our guests should receive 5 star treatment and spend their nights in their own individual “Luxury Condo.” They deserve to indulge in the comfort of a quiet, private place for a great night’s sleep. Our Luxury Condos are truly unique and come in different sizes to accommodate your kitty the best way possible. If you have multiple cats, you may choose to board them together or separate. Please keep in mind we only board guests in the same condo if they are from the same household. We do not board overnight cats from different families together for safety reasons.
Please keep in mind the only thing we do NOT provide is the food for their stay. We truly believe that keeping them on the same diet they are on at home reduces the level of stress on their digestive system and prevents any allergic outbreaks from happening.
Please note that while we do accept senior cats, they will be staying in a multi-level condo so if they have difficulty jumping, they might not be able to comfortably stay in their condo. We also do not accept diabetic cats or cats that require 24 hour surveillance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We are happy to apply your pet with their oral and topical medications at no charge. Please note that we do not administer injected medications nor are we able to give medications outside of our normal business hours.

Our Luxury Cat Condos
All our Luxury Cat Condos are temperature controlled and equipped with the following:
- Hide-N-Seek Bed
- Water/Food bowl
- Personal cubby with bin for personal belongings
- Housekeeping at least 2x a day
- Lots of love and attention!

All cats are required to be up to date on their Feline Distemper vaccination (FVRCP) and their Rabies vaccinations. They also must be spayed or neutered at six months of age. These requirements MUST be done prior to boarding and your cat may not expire on any of these vaccinations during their stay.
What to Bring
Please bring your pet’s food either in individual ziploc bags containing each meal’s portion, or their food bag/container with feeding instructions attached. In case you forget your cat’s food, or their stay is extended, we can provide house food for an extra charge of $5 per meal.
Your cat’s Luxury Condo has plenty of space for personal belongings, so feel free to bring any toys, blankets, etc., that would make him or her feel comfortable while staying with us! Please refrain from bringing food and water bowls as they are provided for your kitty during their stay!

Guest Application & Agreement
Please submit these forms in order for your dog or cat to stay with us. Please submit electronically by selecting "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
Due to an influx in new clients combined with a shortage in staff due to Covid, we will not be accepting any new clients for any of our services. We do not feel comfortable accepting your pet to our family if we can not provide them the great service that they deserve. Please continue checking in with us for this is only temporary.

Given the higher demand for space at these times, there is a $10.00 a night charge. Please book your boarding reservation in advance of your trip to ensure a reservation! On the calendar below, the orange days are peak days and the blue days we are closed.View Calendar
During our busiest times of the year, we do require 20% deposits at the time of scheduling any boarding reservation over the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's. All deposits are non-refundable; however if you cancel 30 days or more before your reservation, the deposit will be transferred to a credit on your account to use towards any of our services. Deposits will be forfeited if you fail to cancel before 30 days.
